This is the second painting in my ‘Release’series. I believe in free, authentic sharing of one’s inner world.It contains the most raw and honest energy. By believing we shouldn’t have certain feelings we believe that this energy is ours but there is no such thing. We are all connected and energy shifts the whole time. Release is not about acting out. It is about surrendering to what is and setting it free.
